How to book

At Beach House Walk, it’s all about enjoying your stay to the full without an ounce of stress, so right from the moment you decide to book your holiday, we like to make it easy.  There are a number of ways to book – choose the way that suits you best.  

1. Book online

Use the availability checker at the top of the page.  Make your booking online and pay your deposit or balance at the time of booking.

2. Booking form

Submit our website Booking Form.  We will then check availability for you, confirm your booking and contact you to arrange deposit/payment.

3. Call us

Call us directly on 07719 211073, we will check availability for you and confirm if your requested dates are available and take your deposit/payment.

4. Email direct

Send an email directly to we will check availability and confirm whether your requested dates are available, then contact you to arrange deposit/payment.

Booking Conditions

  • By paying the deposit, you will be deemed to have accepted these booking conditions.
  • A non-refundable part-payment of £100 must be made within 7 days of receipt of your booking form, otherwise your provisional booking will lapse.
  • Payment of the balance in full must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to commencement of your let. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Once payment is made for your let, no refunds will be given in the event that you need to cancel and you may consider it prudent to take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
  • We reserve the right to make a charge to cover damage or breakage during your stay, up to the level of £100.
  • The deposit is non-refundable and holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. If a cancellation is made within six weeks prior to arrival, the full balance will be non-refundable unless the property is re-let, in which case only the rental deposit of £100 will be non-refundable.
  • Payment is accepted by cheque, BACs or credit/debit card. A surcharge may /be applicable for credit/debit card charges.
  • The house is available from 4pm on the day of commencement of the rental and should be vacated by 10:30am on the day the let terminates. If you are unable to check in between 4-7pm please let us know.
  • Please note that all our rates include gas, electric, bed linen and towels.
  • The property keys must be collected from The Golf Hotel in Crail. You will need a copy of the confirmation of your booking.
  • The house is booked for a specified period. Extensions to this period can only be made through prior arrangement with the owner.
  • The occupier must agree that the purpose of the rental is for holiday purposes only and that under the terms of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1998, the rental is not an Assured Tenancy.
  • Adult and children bikes, and safety gear are included within the cost of the rental fee of Beach House Walk. Bikes are provided fully serviced. Bikes are provided for hire at your own risk. Bikes must be secured when left outside at all times. Bike locks provided. Any damages or missing items will be noted and will be invoiced for following your stay. The hirer will be responsible for any loss or damage to cycles or equipment. It is therefore recommended that you take out your own insurance to cover such instances.
